What I Do Here at Back in Motion:
I manage the Health and Wellness department where I help dieters reach their weight loss goals and coach them after, so they have the knowledge on how to maintain their new weight with our Ideal Protein Phase 4 program. As a Certified Personal Trainer we also offer Custom designed work out routines for our dieters who want to start exercising.
A Little About Me:
Originally, I am from United Kingdom and have over 25 years experience in health education, fitness instruction and wellness coaching. My passion has always been working with people to help them achieve a healthy and balanced life, and educate, support and empower everyone I work with so they can experience the life they deserve. When I am not at work I spend my free time with my family, I am a mother of three great children ages 12,14, and 24. As a family we love to go traveling, camping, biking and swimming and are huge Kentucky Wildcats Basketball fans.
